About the Role
Independent Project Monitoring Company Limited (IPMC) is seeking a dynamic and organized Project Operations & Stakeholder Engagement Officer to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in coordinating field operations, facilitating seamless client engagement, and ensuring effective project administration across our multidisciplinary consulting engagements in the oil and gas, infrastructure, and building sectors. Key Responsibilities- Coordinate project schedules, stakeholder meetings, field activities, and information requests efficiently.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, participating organizations, and technical personnel.
- Track project milestones, document submissions, outstanding information, and agreed action items.
- Coordinate field personnel, site access, assessment logistics, and workshop arrangements.
- Maintain accurate project registers, correspondence, and comprehensive supporting documentation.
- Monitor project activity and prepare detailed progress updates for management review.
- Support stakeholder consultations and implementation follow-up activities across various project sites.
- Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Environmental Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in project coordination, consulting operations, stakeholder engagement, or field-based assignments.
- Strong organizational, verbal and written communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Prior experience coordinating multidisciplinary consulting or industrial projects will be a distinct advantage.
