About the Role
St. Joseph's Physiotherapy Clinics is a premier, privately-owned physical therapy practice in Nigeria, operating prominent locations in Lekki Phase 1 and Surulere, Lagos. Since 2019, we have delivered exceptional patient-centered care to communities across Lagos. We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Physiotherapist to join our Surulere clinic on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in transforming patient lives through expert clinical intervention, personalized care plans, and evidence-based rehabilitation techniques.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients thoroughly to diagnose musculoskeletal and neurological conditions and determine personalized treatment goals.
- Develop, implement, and adapt comprehensive physical therapy treatment plans focused on pain relief, functional rehabilitation, and mobility enhancement.
- Guide patients through targeted therapeutic exercises, ergonomic adjustments, and lifestyle modifications to ensure long-term recovery and prevent re-injury.
- Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, updating treatment records in compliance with clinical standards.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver holistic and optimal patient outcomes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or a recognized related field.
- Valid and current license from the Medical Rehabilitation Therapists Board (MRTB) of Nigeria.
- Proven clinical experience working as a physiotherapist in a reputable healthcare or rehabilitation setting.
- Strong expertise in patient assessment, pain management therapy, and advanced mobility improvement strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills with a deep commitment to compassionate patient care.
- Competitive net monthly salary ranging from ₦280,000 to ₦350,000 plus a 13th-month bonus.
