We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our vibrant multidisciplinary healthcare team. In this role, you will provide advanced rehabilitative care, contribute to clinical training, and help advance patient outcomes within a dynamic university teaching hospital environment in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, and formulate comprehensive physiotherapy treatment plans for patients with diverse musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
  • Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, manual therapy, and rehabilitative exercises to restore patient mobility and function.
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient-centered care.
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate junior physiotherapists, interns, and physiotherapy students on clinical rotation.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital standards and ICT protocols.
  • Participate in departmental research, continuous professional development programs, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Physiotherapy or Medical Rehabilitation from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification clinical work experience in a reputable healthcare facility.
  • Current valid practicing license with the Medical Rehabilitation Therapists Registration Board of Nigeria (MRTB).
  • Proven competence in ICT applications for healthcare administration and patient record management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills with high ethical standards and integrity.
