We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-riented Medical Records Officer to join our professional team in Enugu, Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining accurate patient data and supporting our holistic approach to wellness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, maintain, and update patient medical records in compliance with hospital standards and legal requirements.
  • Ensure the confidentiality, security, and integrity of all health information systems and physical files.
  • Facilitate the smooth retrieval of medical data for clinical research, patient care, and administrative audits.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to streamline patient data management.
  • Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems to input, process, and analyze healthcare data accurately.

Qualifications
  • Possess a B.Sc. or HND in Health Information Management from a recognized institution.
  • Must be duly registered and possess a current practicing license with the Health Records Officers Registration Board of Nigeria.
  • Must have completed the mandatory NYSC program with a discharge or exemption certificate.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant post-qualification experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
  • Proficiency in ICT and working knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems will be a strong added advantage.
  • Demonstrated integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
