About the Role

We are currently looking for a strategic and adaptable Senior People Partner to own the people agenda for our Product organisation and key global functions, empowering diverse teams to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Partner directly with product, design, and digital lending leaders to align people strategy with product delivery and organizational evolution.
- Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and structural transformations across diverse global client groups.
- Build management capability by establishing strong leadership standards, from hiring and performance management to talent development.
- Scale and retain top-tier product, design, and analytics talent in a highly competitive market environment.
- Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to leverage people analytics for actionable workforce insights.
- Manage complex employee relations cases and seamlessly embed M-KOPA's core cultural values across all operational touchpoints.
- Extensive HR business partnering experience supporting senior leaders within scaling technology, fintech, or high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated exposure to product, design, marketing, or analytics functions and deep understanding of talent retention strategies.
- Exceptional adaptability to switch registers between creative teams and operational environments effortlessly.
- Strong strategic and operational range with proven experience in cross-cultural, multi-region environments.
- Solid analytical and advisory instincts, utilizing data and sound judgment to guide executive stakeholders.
- Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional employee relations matters, partnering effectively with specialized Centres of Excellence.
