About the Role

In this vital role, you will be instrumental in driving efficient human resources operations within a dynamic educational institution, ensuring that our client attracts, develops, and retains top-tier educational and administrative talent.
Key Responsibilities- Support comprehensive school human resources operations, including end-to-end recruitment, selection, and employee administration.
- Assist with implementing HR policies and maintaining accurate, up-to-date employee records in compliance with labour standards.
- Support payroll-related processes and ensure all relevant compensation and benefits information is maintained accurately.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, assist with seamless onboarding programmes, and manage thorough employee documentation.
- Provide reliable administrative support for employee relations, performance management, and various HR processes.
- Apply sound HR practices to contribute to a professional, well-organised, and student-focused workplace environment.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven professional experience working in a human resources role, preferably within the education sector.
- Professional certification such as CIPM will be a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated expertise in recruitment strategies, HR policy implementation, and foundational payroll knowledge.
