About the Role
Ren San & Co, a premier boutique management and business support service firm, is seeking a results-driven Senior Operations Manager for our luxury property operations in Abuja. In this senior leadership role, you will take full independent ownership of daily operations, ensuring that all apartments and facilities consistently meet elite hospitality standards with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities- Take full operational ownership of all departments including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and vendors.
- Establish, embed, and maintain rigorous luxury hospitality standards and standard operating procedures across the property.
- Supervise, mentor, and direct operational staff to foster a culture of professionalism, discipline, and accountability.
- Own the end-to-end guest experience, personally managing escalated complaints and conducting unannounced five-star quality inspections.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports while supporting cost control and budget management.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in luxury hospitality operations, hotel management, or premium short-let property administration.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years serving in a senior or managerial leadership capacity with direct staff supervision.
- Prior experience with property renovation, remodelling, or facility supervision is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and independent decision-making abilities.
- Must reside in Abuja and be available for immediate on-site employment.
