About the Role
Recruitmentbod Africa is looking for a dedicated CRM Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing CRM platforms, optimizing billing workflows, and analyzing critical customer and campaign data to support our business growth across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Manage CRM platforms, workflows, and billing processes to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Analyse customer, campaign, publisher, and billing data to identify trends and performance gaps.
- Monitor customer retention, recurring billing, rebill performance, payment approval rates, and average order value (AOV).
- Prepare daily performance reports and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations.
- Investigate performance anomalies, failed transactions, and CRM workflow issues promptly.
- Configure and optimise CRM billing flows, campaign setups, and dynamic pricing models.
- Monitor payment gateway performance and support the resolution of payment-related issues.
- Collaborate closely with development, marketing, customer service, and fulfilment teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Extensive hands-on experience with CRM platforms, particularly in CRM operations, billing, or CRM analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; SQL and other analytical tools are highly desirable.
- Prior experience with CRM and billing platforms such as Konnektive, Limelight, or similar systems.
- Solid understanding of customer retention, recurring billing, campaign performance, and payment gateway operations.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent reporting capabilities, and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
- Background or experience in digital marketing is an added advantage.
