About the Role
Ren San & Co., a boutique management and business support service firm, is seeking a dynamic Senior Operations Manager for a premier luxury property in Abuja. You will serve as the most senior operational authority on site, taking full ownership of property standards, staff performance, and end-to-end guest experiences from day one.
Key Responsibilities- Direct daily operations across all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, and security.
- Establish, document, and maintain five-star luxury standards through rigorous and regular property inspections.
- Manage, mentor, and supervise operational teams, resolving conflicts swiftly and fostering a culture of accountability.
- Handle escalated guest complaints and high-stakes requests with exceptional composure and discretion.
- Prepare comprehensive operational and financial reports while monitoring costs and supporting strategic planning.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in luxury hotel management, serviced apartments, or short-let operations, with 2 to 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently with high emotional intelligence and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience with property renovations or facility remodelling is a strong advantage.
- Must reside in Abuja and possess immediate availability for full-time, on-site responsibilities.
