About the Role
Food Concepts Plc, the proud owner of renowned brands such as Chicken Republic, Pie Xpress, and Chop Box, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Support Officer to join our thriving team in Ajah, Lagos. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless daily operations of our production units by maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting financial reporting, and managing administrative functions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage comprehensive store documentation, accurate ERP and SAP data entry, and seamless transmission of vital records to the Head Office.
- Oversee daily stock movement, goods receiving, variance reporting, and participate in thorough monthly stock-take exercises.
- Support the preparation of gross profit and profit and loss statements while collaborating closely with the Finance department on management reporting.
- Handle weekly petty cash administration, float management, and efficient invoice processing.
- Ensure real-time, flawless updates of production and inventory data across SAP and ERP systems.
- Coordinate store-level administration including HR documentation, notice board updates, vendor cheque handovers, and compliance follow-ups.
- Possess 1 to 2 years of post-NYSC experience in inventory management, store operations, or finance and administration within the QSR, retail, or food service industry.
- Hold an HND or BSc degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.
- Exhibit a solid understanding of inventory management principles within a fast-paced food service environment.
- Possess high accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional attention to detail in data entry and financial reporting.
- Must be currently resident in or genuinely willing to relocate to Ajah, Lagos.
