We are currently seeking a qualified Senior Nursing Officer I to join our specialized Anaesthesia department.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced nursing care and specialized support within the Anaesthesia department.
- Monitor patients pre-operatively, intra-operatively, and post-operatively to ensure safety and stability.
- Collaborate effectively with anaesthetists, physicians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere strictly to hospital protocols and safety standards.
- Mentor junior nursing staff, nursing students, and contribute to continuous clinical education.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements set by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
- Bachelor of Nursing Science (B.NSc) degree from a recognized institution.
- Current registration and valid practicing license with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
- At least 3 years of post-qualification cognate experience, specifically within a clinical or hospital setting.
- Valid NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
- Must be fully ICT compliant with strong digital health record management skills.
- Demonstrated integrity, excellent interpersonal communication, and strong problem-solving abilities.
