Key Responsibilities
  • Implement comprehensive nursing care plans for patients across designated work stations.
  • Assist the medical team efficiently in patient diagnosis, treatment, triage, and emergency response.
  • Perform critical clinical procedures including admissions, discharges, patient histories, vital sign monitoring, wound dressings, medication administration, IV placements, and insertions.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and prompt documentation of all patient encounters.
  • Ensure prompt incidence reporting and proactive management of patient grievances.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment at all times.
  • Comply strictly with Standard Operating Procedures, institutional policies, and quality healthcare standards.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of proven clinical experience in a recognized healthcare setting.
  • Must possess both Registered Nurse (RN) and Registered Midwife (RM) certifications.
  • Possession of a valid and current Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria practicing license.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in electronic health record systems.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to remain calm under stress during crisis situations.
