Abuja Clinics, a premier healthcare provider established in 1989 with branches across Karu, Garki, and Maitama, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Nurse / Midwife. Key Responsibilities- Implement comprehensive nursing care plans for patients across designated work stations.
- Assist the medical team efficiently in patient diagnosis, treatment, triage, and emergency response.
- Perform critical clinical procedures including admissions, discharges, patient histories, vital sign monitoring, wound dressings, medication administration, IV placements, and insertions.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and prompt documentation of all patient encounters.
- Ensure prompt incidence reporting and proactive management of patient grievances.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment at all times.
- Comply strictly with Standard Operating Procedures, institutional policies, and quality healthcare standards.
- Minimum of 8 years of proven clinical experience in a recognized healthcare setting.
- Must possess both Registered Nurse (RN) and Registered Midwife (RM) certifications.
- Possession of a valid and current Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria practicing license.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in electronic health record systems.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to remain calm under stress during crisis situations.
