About the Role

Alfred & Victoria Associates, a leading ICT and professional services company in Nigeria, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse / Clinic Coordinator to join our growing healthcare team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily clinical operations, manage nursing and support staff, and ensure exceptional patient care standards are consistently met within our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily follow-up calls with registered and phone-in clients, scheduling appointments, and managing donor recruitment.
  • Handle drug dispensing, inventory balancing, and ensure precise dosage protocols are communicated to management.
  • Supervise nursing aides, housekeepers, and outstation clinic nursing activities while creating weekly duty rosters.
  • Coordinate specialized sessions including IVF forums, ultrasound programs, and endoscopy bookings in liaison with the Client Relations Officer.
  • Monitor medical procedures, review requisitions, and report theatre incidents promptly to the Medical Director.
  • Demonstrate medical procedures such as needle pricking and perform designated scan procedures as required.

Qualifications
  • B.Sc. in Nursing or its equivalent with a valid Registered Nurse or Midwife certification (Obstetrics and Gynaecology specialty preferred).
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional work experience in care provision and service-related clinical roles.
  • Applicants must be at least 35 years of age.
  • Strong technical competencies in medical, surgical, obstetric, and gynaecological care, alongside medical software knowledge.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high emotional intelligence and empathy.
