Key Responsibilities- Implement comprehensive nursing care plans for patients across designated work stations.
- Assist the medical team efficiently in patient diagnosis, treatment, and triage.
- Perform critical nursing procedures including admissions, discharges, patient histories, vital sign monitoring, wound dressings, medication administration, and IV placement.
- Maintain complete, accurate documentation of all patient encounters and ensure prompt incidence reporting.
- Manage patient grievances professionally while upholding a clean, safe, and sterile environment.
- Strictly comply with Standard Operating Procedures, hospital policies, and global healthcare quality standards.
- Handle stress and crisis situations calmly and effectively while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) and Registered Midwife (RM) with a valid nursing practice license.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional nursing and midwifery experience in a reputable healthcare setting.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in electronic health record systems.
