About the Role

We are currently seeking a compassionate, qualified, and enthusiastic School Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare and support team. In this vital role, you will promote student health and well-being by delivering prompt medical attention, managing health records, and fostering a safe, healthy school environment for children of diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities- Provide immediate first aid, emergency care, and routine medical attention to students and staff.
- Maintain accurate, confidential health records and accident reports for all students.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor students with chronic medical conditions such as asthma or allergies.
- Conduct routine health screenings and promote health education and hygiene practices across the school community.
- Liaise with parents, guardians, and local healthcare providers regarding student health emergencies and ongoing care.
- Ensure the school clinic is fully stocked, clean, and compliant with safety and health regulations.
- Registered Nurse (RN) or relevant nursing qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid practicing license and demonstrable clinical experience, preferably in a school or pediatric setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and compassionate care skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion handling sensitive health data.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively during medical emergencies.
