About the Role
DP World is rapidly transforming and integrating global supply chains, ports, terminals, and logistics to make world trade flow better. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Technology (ERP & Digital Transformation) to lead enterprise technology initiatives and mission-critical IT programs for our operations. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your deep technical background and exceptional leadership skills to implement and manage complex Oracle ERP solutions, driving high-impact technology strategies under demanding timelines.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the organization's technology strategy, ensuring strict alignment with overarching business objectives and digital transformation goals.
- Drive end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle ERP solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Warehouse Management.
- Manage multiple cross-functional technology teams including project managers, business analysts, developers, and infrastructure support personnel.
- Establish robust technology governance, architecture standards, security controls, and industry best practices.
- Manage third-party vendors, implementation partners, system integrators, and critical technology contracts.
- Provide executive-level reporting on project health, technology risks, budgets, and strategic initiatives while mentoring high-performing teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline (Master's degree or MBA is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 10 years of proven IT experience, with at least 4 to 5 years in senior managerial roles.
- Hands-on expertise delivering multiple full-cycle Oracle ERP implementations and upgrades.
- Strong understanding of ERP architecture, Oracle Database, SQL, APIs, middleware, and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
- Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, DevOps, cybersecurity standards, and disaster recovery frameworks.
