About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Management Consultant with 10 to 15 years of consulting experience gained within a reputable global or leading indigenous consulting firm to join our dynamic team in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, originate, and convert new consulting opportunities while leading high-impact proposals, pitches, and client presentations from inception to close.
- Build trusted C-suite relationships to drive account growth, market expansion, and the development of innovative consulting offerings.
- Lead end-to-end management consulting engagements covering business transformation, strategy, operating models, and change management.
- Own engagement quality, timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction while delivering practical, measurable business outcomes.
- Lead, coach, and mentor high-performing consulting teams to foster a collaborative and client-focused culture.
- Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Management, or a related discipline, with an MBA or relevant Master degree being an advantage.
- 10 to 15 years of professional experience with significant management consulting expertise in a global or leading indigenous firm.
- Proven track record of successful business development, revenue generation, and winning consulting engagements.
- Strong expertise in strategy, organizational development, performance improvement, and executive-level stakeholder management.
- Excellent commercial judgment, structured problem-solving, and a strong professional network across diverse industries.
