This commercial and leadership role is designed for a seasoned professional who excels at winning work, delivering transformational outcomes, building lasting client relationships, and developing emerging consulting talent. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, combining deep consulting expertise with strong business acumen.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, originate, and convert new consulting opportunities while building trusted relationships with C-suite executives
- Lead end-to-end management consulting engagements spanning strategy, transformation, organisational effectiveness, and performance improvement
- Develop practical, implementation-focused recommendations that deliver measurable business outcomes
- Own engagement quality, budgets, timelines, and client satisfaction across multiple concurrent projects
- Lead and mentor high-performing consulting teams, fostering a collaborative and client-focused culture
- Drive business development initiatives, revenue growth, and expansion of consulting service offerings
- 10-15 years of professional experience with significant management consulting background
- Proven experience with global or leading indigenous consulting firms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline
- Strong expertise in strategy, business transformation, organisational development, and change management
- Demonstrated success in winning and executing consulting engagements from proposal through closure
- Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop consulting professionals
- Strong commercial judgement and structured problem-solving approach
- MBA or relevant Master's degree is advantageous
