About the Role

Radix Pension Managers Limited is a licensed Pension Fund Administrator regulated by the National Pension Commission. Following our acquisition by Radix Capital Partners Limited and the constitution of a visionary new board, we are expanding our financial team. We are currently seeking a talented Corporate Finance Analyst / Investment Banking Associate (Code: CFA 2026) to join our growing organization in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our financial strategy, supporting high-level investment decisions, and driving our corporate growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support corporate strategy, investment decisions, and overall business planning.
  • Develop robust financial models for forecasting, valuation, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
  • Analyze financial statements including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements to assess performance and trends.
  • Assist in the evaluation of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on rigorous financial data and market research.
  • Prepare engaging pitch-desk documents for deal sourcing and support the creation of board presentations and investor reports.
  • Perform competitor analysis and market benchmarking to inform strategic financial planning.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams including accounting, treasury, operations, and strategy.
  • Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and relevant reporting standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or capital markets.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and corporate valuation techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Possession or active progress toward professional certifications such as CFA, ICAN, or equivalent is a strong added advantage.
