About the Role
Hall 7 Real Estate Limited is a contemporary real estate development company based in Abuja, Nigeria, dedicated to delivering exceptionally high-quality residential and commercial properties. We are currently seeking an experienced, commercially minded Senior Legal Officer to manage legal risks, oversee regulatory compliance, and provide strategic guidance across our real estate operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert legal advice on corporate, commercial, property, construction, and employment matters.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, property documentation, and vendor agreements.
- Support land and property transactions, development projects, and construction agreements to protect company interests.
- Monitor applicable laws, permits, licences, and statutory requirements to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Identify potential legal risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and manage dispute resolution alongside external solicitors.
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree and called to the Nigerian Bar.
- Minimum of 8 years of post-qualification legal experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in the Nigerian real estate sector, handling property transactions and land documentation.
- Strong proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
