Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures and design comprehensive curricula for undergraduate and postgraduate public health programs.
- Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and field placements at various academic levels.
- Conduct high-impact research, publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals, and secure research grants.
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to students to foster their holistic development.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committee meetings and administrative duties.
- Collaborate with industry stakeholders and public health agencies to enhance community outreach initiatives.
- Must possess a valid Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Public Health or a closely related field.
- A minimum of five (5) years of post-PhD academic teaching and research experience in a recognized tertiary institution.
- Must have served as a Lecturer I for at least two (2) years prior to this application.
- A strong publication record comprising a minimum of fourteen (14) peer-reviewed journal articles in reputable outlets.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor students and lead collaborative research initiatives.
