Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and tutorials in various undergraduate and postgraduate Business Administration courses.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects, dissertations, and theses.
- Design, update, and continuously improve course curricula to reflect contemporary global business trends and academic standards.
- Conduct high-impact, peer-reviewed academic research and publish findings in reputable local and international journals.
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to students to support their professional and personal development.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committees, administrative duties, and community service initiatives.
- Must hold a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Business Administration or a closely related academic discipline.
- A minimum of five (5) years of post-PhD academic teaching and research experience in a recognized tertiary institution.
- Must have served as a Lecturer I for at least two (2) years prior to this application.
- A strong publication record comprising a minimum of fourteen (14) credible academic publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching, student mentorship, and curriculum development.
