Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and tutorials to undergraduate and postgraduate students in Public Administration.
- Supervise undergraduate research projects, theses, and dissertations at various academic levels.
- Conduct high-quality, peer-reviewed research and publish findings in reputable local and international academic journals.
- Participate actively in curriculum development, departmental meetings, and university-wide committees.
- Mentor junior academic staff and students to foster a culture of academic rigor and professional integrity.
- Must hold a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Public Administration or a closely related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of post-PhD academic teaching and research experience in a recognized tertiary institution.
- Must have served as a Lecturer I for at least two (2) years.
- Must possess a strong publication record with a minimum of fourteen (14) peer-reviewed academic publications.
