Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging, high-quality lectures and practical training to undergraduate and postgraduate students in Radiography and Radiation Science.
  • Supervise undergraduate research projects, master's theses, and doctoral dissertations.
  • Conduct impactful, peer-reviewed research and contribute significantly to the academic body of knowledge through publications.
  • Participate in curriculum development, review, and continuous improvement of departmental courses.
  • Provide academic advising and mentorship to students to support their academic and professional growth.
  • Engage in departmental, faculty, and university-wide administrative duties and community service initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a PhD in Radiography, Radiation Science, or a closely related discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
  • Must possess a First Degree with a minimum of a Second Class Upper Division, or a Second Class Lower Division coupled with a PhD.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of active teaching and research experience at the university level.
  • Must have a minimum of eight (8) quality peer-reviewed publications in reputable local and international journals.
  • Demonstrated ability to attract research grants and collaborate within multidisciplinary academic teams.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
