We are currently inviting applications from suitably qualified, dynamic, and dedicated academic professionals to fill the position of Senior Lecturer in the Department of Radiography and Radiation Science within the School of Basic Medical Sciences. Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality lectures and practical training to undergraduate and postgraduate students in Radiography and Radiation Science.
- Supervise undergraduate research projects, master's theses, and doctoral dissertations.
- Conduct impactful, peer-reviewed research and contribute significantly to the academic body of knowledge through publications.
- Participate in curriculum development, review, and continuous improvement of departmental courses.
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to students to support their academic and professional growth.
- Engage in departmental, faculty, and university-wide administrative duties and community service initiatives.
- Possession of a PhD in Radiography, Radiation Science, or a closely related discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
- Must possess a First Degree with a minimum of a Second Class Upper Division, or a Second Class Lower Division coupled with a PhD.
- A minimum of five (5) years of active teaching and research experience at the university level.
- Must have a minimum of eight (8) quality peer-reviewed publications in reputable local and international journals.
- Demonstrated ability to attract research grants and collaborate within multidisciplinary academic teams.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
