Federal University Lafia invites applications from suitably qualified and dynamic academics for the position of Senior Lecturer in the Department of Public Administration, Faculty of Management Sciences. Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures and facilitate interactive learning for undergraduate and postgraduate students in Public Administration.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects, theses, and dissertations.
- Conduct cutting-edge, continuous research and publish scholarly articles in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Participate in curriculum development, departmental administration, and faculty meetings.
- Mentor students and contribute to the overall academic and moral growth of the university community.
- Engage in community service and institutional advancement initiatives as assigned by the university management.
- Possession of a Ph.D. degree in Public Administration or a closely related relevant field from a recognized and accredited institution.
- A minimum of six (6) years of post-qualification teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
- A proven track record of at least ten (10) scholarly publications in reputable local and international journals.
- Demonstrated evidence of continuous research productivity and the capacity to effectively supervise postgraduate students.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
