Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality lectures, practical sessions, and seminars in Physiotherapy to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Design, update, and evaluate curriculum content to ensure alignment with global best practices and regulatory standards.
- Supervise student research projects, clinical placements, and dissertations at various academic levels.
- Conduct cutting-edge research, publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals, and actively contribute to the university's research output.
- Participate in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committees, contributing to institutional growth and administrative duties.
- Mentor students academically and professionally, fostering an environment of critical thinking and ethical practice.
- Possession of a Ph.D. or a relevant terminal degree in Physiotherapy or a closely related medical field from a recognized and accredited university.
- Demonstrated robust experience in tertiary-level teaching, curriculum development, and academic research.
- Active registration and good standing with the Medical Rehabilitation Therapists Board of Nigeria (MRTB) or an equivalent professional body.
- A strong portfolio of peer-reviewed publications in reputable national and international academic journals.
