Key Responsibilities- Provide effective day-to-day leadership, overall supervision, and strategic direction for the school.
- Supervise teachers, monitor teaching quality, and evaluate classroom performance to ensure top-tier educational standards.
- Ensure the seamless implementation and continuous evaluation of the school's academic programmes.
- Monitor students' academic progress, personal discipline, and overall welfare.
- Maintain and elevate standards of teaching, learning, and comprehensive school administration.
- Coordinate regular staff meetings, extracurricular activities, and major school events.
- Maintain open, transparent, and effective communication channels with teachers, students, and parents.
- Ensure full compliance with institutional policies and national educational standards.
- Prepare and review detailed academic and administrative reports for management.
- Collaborate closely with school management to achieve strategic academic and operational objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related academic field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant post-NYSC experience in school leadership, administration, or advanced teaching.
- Comprehensive understanding of secondary school curricula and modern educational administration.
- Exceptional leadership, public speaking, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability in classroom observation, staff management, and conflict resolution.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Must reside within Okota or its immediate environs.
