We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Senior Lecturer in Physiology to join our vibrant academic community in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality lectures, seminars, and practical laboratory sessions in Physiology to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Design, update, and evaluate curriculum materials to ensure academic rigor and relevance to modern medical and health sciences.
- Conduct cutting-edge research, publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals, and secure research grants.
- Mentor, advise, and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students in their academic pursuits and research projects.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committees, contributing to institutional growth and administrative duties.
- Foster partnerships with industry stakeholders and healthcare institutions to enhance student learning and practical experience.
- Hold a Ph.D. or Master's degree in Physiology or a closely related medical science discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
- Demonstrate a strong track record of teaching experience at the university level, preferably holding a Lecturer I or equivalent position.
- Provide evidence of a robust portfolio of academic publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a passion for student success.
- Registration with relevant professional bodies in Nigeria will be an added advantage.
