We are currently seeking a passionate, nurturing, and experienced Early Years Teacher to join our dynamic academic team in fostering a safe and stimulating environment for our youngest students.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and play-based learning activities for Early Years learners.
- Apply Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) principles to shape comprehensive learning experiences.
- Utilize Jolly Phonics effectively to develop early reading, phonics, pronunciation, and literacy skills.
- Monitor, assess, and document the developmental progress of each child carefully.
- Provide tailored support for children with diverse learning abilities and developmental needs.
- Maintain effective classroom routines and positive behavior management strategies.
- Foster open, professional communication with parents and staff regarding student progress.
- Bachelor Degree, NCE, or relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven teaching experience in an Early Years educational setting.
- Strong practical knowledge of the EYFS framework and Jolly Phonics methodology.
- Exceptional classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
