Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and play-based learning activities for Early Years learners.
  • Apply Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) principles to shape comprehensive learning experiences.
  • Utilize Jolly Phonics effectively to develop early reading, phonics, pronunciation, and literacy skills.
  • Monitor, assess, and document the developmental progress of each child carefully.
  • Provide tailored support for children with diverse learning abilities and developmental needs.
  • Maintain effective classroom routines and positive behavior management strategies.
  • Foster open, professional communication with parents and staff regarding student progress.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree, NCE, or relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven teaching experience in an Early Years educational setting.
  • Strong practical knowledge of the EYFS framework and Jolly Phonics methodology.
  • Exceptional classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, creative, energetic, and genuinely passionate about early childhood development.
