Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective Mathematics and English lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
- Create a supportive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and creativity.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavioral development.
- Collaborate with fellow educators, school administrators, and parents to support holistic student success.
- Participate in school staff meetings, professional development workshops, and extracurricular school activities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Mathematics, English, or a related field of study.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a reputable primary or secondary school setting.
- Deep understanding of pedagogical strategies for teaching Mathematics and English effectively.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A genuine passion for child development and holistic education.
- Valid teaching certification or license is an added advantage.
