Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality lectures and seminars to undergraduate and postgraduate students
- Conduct independent and collaborative pharmaceutical research with publication in peer-reviewed journals
- Supervise doctoral and master's level theses and research projects
- Contribute to curriculum development and academic policy initiatives
- Provide academic mentorship and professional guidance to junior staff and students
- Participate actively in departmental and university governance structures
- Ph.D. in Pharmacy or closely related pharmaceutical specialization
- Minimum 8–12 years of post-Pharm.D. teaching and research experience at university level
- Demonstrated track record of scholarly publications in reputable journals
- Proven expertise in postgraduate program supervision and academic leadership
- Active membership in relevant professional pharmacy organizations
