Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate and graduate courses in Nursing via our digital and open-distance learning platforms.
- Develop and continuously update innovative course materials, syllabi, and multimedia assignments reflecting current healthcare trends.
- Supervise, visit, and follow up on Nursing students during their practical clinical postings.
- Conduct high-impact scholarly research and publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Provide comprehensive academic advising, mentorship, and career guidance to students.
- Contribute actively to departmental committees, curriculum development, and university service activities.
- Doctorate degree (PhD) in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- Demonstrated prior teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level.
- A strong portfolio of research publications in high-impact peer-reviewed journals.
- Familiarity with modern educational technology, e-learning platforms, and pedagogical best practices.
