Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical laboratory sessions in Mechatronics Engineering and related disciplines.
- Develop, update, and review curriculum content to align with global industry standards and technological advancements.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student projects, research dissertations, and academic fieldworks.
- Conduct high-quality research, publish findings in peer-reviewed journals, and actively seek grant opportunities.
- Mentor students and provide academic advising to ensure their holistic personal and professional development.
- Participate in departmental administration, curriculum committee meetings, and university accreditation processes.
- Possess a Ph.D. in Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrate a strong record of academic teaching experience at the university level, specifically at a Senior Lecturer capacity or equivalent.
- Provide evidence of active research and publications in reputable local and international academic journals.
- Possess relevant professional certifications and active membership in recognized engineering bodies such as COREN and NSE.
