Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality physics lessons to secondary school students in accordance with the approved curriculum.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, practical laboratory experiments, and formative assessments to track student progress.
- Foster a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and active participation.
- Provide individualized support and academic counseling to students needing extra assistance in physics.
- Participate actively in school extracurricular activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to promote holistic student development and uphold Christian values across the college.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Physics, Education (Physics), or a related scientific discipline from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Proven teaching experience in a reputable secondary school setting, demonstrating strong pedagogical and classroom management skills.
