About the Role

Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality lectures and practical instruction in Mass Communication courses
- Develop and update curriculum content aligned with NBTE standards and industry best practices
- Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional development
- Conduct research and contribute to scholarly publications
- Supervise student projects, internships, and examinations
- Participate in departmental and institutional committees
- Engage with industry partners to enhance practical training opportunities
- Master's degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of teaching or relevant professional experience
- Strong knowledge of media theory, journalism, broadcasting, and public relations
