- Contribute significantly to departmental research output through sustained publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals.

- Ph.D. in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 8 years of post-qualification teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
