We are currently looking for a passionate and qualified Higher Elementary Teacher to join our esteemed faculty and contribute to our mission of holistic child development.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons aligned with the approved primary school curriculum.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
- Manage student behavior effectively, applying positive reinforcement and constructive discipline strategies.
- Assess, monitor, and record student academic progress and behavioral development regularly.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain open, professional communication with parents and guardians.
- Participate in school-wide extracurricular activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Minimum of an NCE, B.Sc, B.Ed, or M.Ed qualification in Education or a related field.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching, mentoring, and caring for young children.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Proven ability in effective classroom management and lesson planning.
- Prior teaching experience in a primary school setting will be an added advantage.
