As an English Teacher at Messiah Model Academy, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing students' language and communication abilities. Your core duties will include:

• Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging English language and literature lessons tailored to primary school students.
• Developing students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills through interactive classroom activities.
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages active student participation.
• Managing classroom behavior effectively to maintain a conducive and orderly atmosphere for learning.
• Assessing, tracking, and recording student progress, providing constructive feedback to learners and parents.
• Collaborating with fellow educators and school administration to enhance the primary school curriculum and school activities.

To be considered for this rewarding teaching position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Possession of an NCE, B.Sc, B.Ed, or M.Ed qualification in English Education or a related field.
• Demonstrated passion for teaching, mentoring, and genuinely caring for the well-being of children.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey concepts clearly to young learners.
• Exceptional classroom management skills with a proven ability to maintain discipline and engagement.
• Prior experience teaching English at the primary school level is an added advantage.
