We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Lecturer in Industrial Chemistry to join our vibrant academic community. Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Industrial Chemistry and related courses.
- Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and theses at various academic levels.
- Conduct high-impact research and publish findings in reputable local and international academic journals.
- Provide visionary academic and administrative leadership within the department and the university.
- Mentor junior faculty members and students to foster academic and personal growth.
- Leverage modern digital skills and educational technology to enhance curriculum delivery and student engagement.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, committee works, and university community service.
- Possession of a good Ph.D. degree with specialization in Industrial Chemistry or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of six (6) years of post-qualification, full-time relevant teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
- A robust track record of relevant publications in reputable peer-reviewed local and international journals.
- Demonstrated experience in academic and administrative leadership and student mentoring.
- Strong digital literacy and proficiency in utilizing educational technology for research and teaching.
- A strong bias and demonstrable commitment to advancing academic research in industrial applications.
