Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons tailored to the Primary 1 curriculum.
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Monitor, evaluate, and document students' academic progress and behavioral development.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues through clear and empathetic communication.
- Implement creative teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Participate in school-wide extracurricular activities, meetings, and professional development programs.
- Minimum of a Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE), Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), or related field in Education.
- Proven experience teaching at the primary school level, specifically Primary 1.
