About the Role
Brayan Hills International School, located in the vibrant city of Owerri, Imo State, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Grade School Teacher for our Primary 2 class. Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons tailored to Primary 2 students.
- Manage the classroom effectively to maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to enhance school programs and extracurricular activities.
- Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding student development and behavioral progress.
- Instill strong moral values and integrity in students, acting as a positive role model.
- Minimum of an NCE, B.Ed, or B.Sc in Education or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, specifically Primary 1 or 2.
- Genuine love for children with a natural passion for primary education.
- Exceptional classroom management and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
