Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality lectures and practical sessions in Human Anatomy to undergraduate and postgraduate medical students.
- Supervise postgraduate student research, dissertations, and academic projects within the College of Medicine.
- Conduct cutting-edge research, publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals, and actively contribute to the university's research output.
- Provide visionary academic leadership in curriculum development, departmental administration, and institutional committees.
- Mentor students, offering academic guidance and promoting the core moral and ethical values of the university.
- Participate in community engagement initiatives, academic conferences, and collaborative research partnerships.
- Must possess a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Human Anatomy or a closely related relevant discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
- A minimum of five (5) years of cognate university teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
- A robust and verifiable portfolio of publications in peer-reviewed, high-impact academic journals.
- Proven capability and experience in postgraduate teaching, student supervision, and academic administration.
- Demonstrated evidence of academic leadership, active institutional service, and strong ICT proficiency.
- Current professional registration and a valid practicing license with relevant regulatory bodies where applicable.
