Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical training to undergraduate and postgraduate students in Home Economics, Hospitality, and Tourism Education.
- Supervise undergraduate research projects, theses, and dissertations at the postgraduate level.
- Conduct high-impact, peer-reviewed research and publish findings in reputable local and international academic journals.
- Contribute to curriculum development, departmental administration, and academic program evaluations.
- Mentor junior academic staff and participate in faculty and departmental committees.
- Engage in community service and institutional advancement initiatives aligned with UNIBEN's mission.
- Possess a PhD in Home Economics, Hospitality, Tourism Education, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of active teaching and research experience in a recognized tertiary institution.
- Must have at least eight (8) quality peer-reviewed publications in reputable academic journals.
- A First Degree with a minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division, OR a Second-Class Lower Division combined with a completed PhD.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
