Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Computer Science and related disciplines using modern pedagogical approaches. Supervise student research projects, theses, and dissertations at various academic levels. Initiate, lead, and publish high-impact research in reputable, peer-reviewed international and local journals. Participate actively in academic administration, curriculum development, and departmental governance. Mentor junior academic staff and students to foster academic and professional growth. Engage in community service initiatives and build strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders to enhance the university's profile.
Qualifications- Ph.D. in Computer Science or a closely related field from a recognized and accredited university.
- At least 8+ years of progressive teaching and research experience in a recognized tertiary institution.
- A strong research record with sustained publications in reputable indexed journals.
- Proven leadership experience in academic administration, curriculum design, and student mentoring.
