We are currently seeking a dynamic and accomplished Senior Lecturer in Business Management to join our esteemed academic faculty. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our business programmes through rigorous research, innovative teaching, and active industry engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality lectures and tutorials in Business Management to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Design, update, and evaluate curriculum content to ensure alignment with current industry trends and academic standards.
- Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and provide comprehensive academic advising.
- Conduct impactful research, publish in reputable journals, and actively contribute to the university's academic profile.
- Collaborate with industry partners to bridge the gap between academic theory and practical business applications.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, academic governance, and institutional continuous improvement initiatives.
- Hold a PhD in Business Management or a highly relevant field from a recognized university.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of active teaching experience at the university level.
- Demonstrate a strong passion for teaching and a proven commitment to student-centred learning methodologies.
- Possess strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and technology-driven learning tools.
- Exhibit excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) discharge or exemption certificate.
