Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in various areas of Business Administration.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects, dissertations, and theses.
- Conduct innovative, high-impact research and publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed academic journals.
- Design, update, and review curriculum content to align with industry trends and NUC standards.
- Mentor students academically, professionally, and morally in line with the faith-based ethos of the institution.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committee meetings and administrative duties.
- Engage in community service and institutional advancement initiatives as assigned by the university management.
- Possess a good Ph.D. degree in Business Administration or a closely related academic discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
- Demonstrate a minimum of six (6) years of post-qualification, full-time relevant teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
- Show evidence of adequate scholarly publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
