Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in Human Physiology to undergraduate medical and health sciences students.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects, providing dedicated academic mentorship.
- Conduct high-quality, impactful research and publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed local and international journals.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide curriculum development and administrative committees.
- Engage in clinical services where applicable and maintain strong ties with relevant medical and professional communities.
- Contribute to institutional accreditation exercises and uphold high standards of academic integrity.
- Possession of an MBBS or BDS as a first degree from a recognized and accredited institution.
- A relevant postgraduate degree appropriate for the Senior Lecturer rank.
- Demonstrated teaching, research, clinical, and scholarly experience commensurate with a Senior Lecturer position.
- Strong portfolio of verifiable publications in reputable peer-reviewed academic journals.
- Current registration with the relevant professional regulatory body and a valid practising licence in Nigeria.
