Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Business Administration.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects and theses.
- Conduct high-impact research and publish scholarly articles in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Provide academic leadership, curriculum development, and mentorship to junior faculty members and students.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committees and community service initiatives.
- Must possess a PhD in Business Administration or a closely related relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of five (5) years of cognate university teaching, research, and administrative experience.
- Demonstrated strong record of peer-reviewed academic publications and evidence of academic leadership.
- Proven capacity for postgraduate teaching, student supervision, and curriculum enhancement.
- Proficiency in ICT-driven teaching methods with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current professional registration and valid practising licence where applicable.
