Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Building and related environmental design disciplines.
- Conduct high-impact research and publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed academic journals.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects, dissertations, and theses.
- Participate in curriculum development, departmental administration, and academic committee assignments.
- Mentor junior academic staff and contribute to community engagement initiatives aligned with the university mandate.
- Possession of a Ph.D. degree in Building or a directly relevant field from a recognized and accredited institution.
- A minimum of six (6) years of post-qualification teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
- A strong publication record comprising a minimum of ten (10) articles in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Demonstrated evidence of continuous research activity and a proven capacity to successfully supervise postgraduate students.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills suited for a collaborative academic environment.
