Key Responsibilities- Manage taught programmes, overseeing day-to-day operational processes including timetabling, assessments, examinations, and institutional accreditation.
- Develop and deliver engaging teaching materials using innovative techniques to foster student participation and comprehension.
- Monitor student progress, providing expert guidance, mentorship, and support to both students and personal tutors.
- Conduct independent and collaborative research projects, producing high-quality academic outputs that influence leading-edge financial practices.
- Engage actively in knowledge generation, exchange, and transfer initiatives aligned with modern educational standards.
- Provide academic leadership by organizing team workloads, mentoring junior staff, and participating in the performance review process.
- Contribute to the broader management of the faculty, assisting with resource allocation, business development, and strategic planning.
- Minimum of a Master's Degree in Banking and Finance or a closely related academic discipline.
- At least 4 years of relevant teaching, research, and administrative experience in a tertiary institution.
